Egg Pudding

      Ingredients☻                                 
1-      Sugar 4 tablespoon
2-      Milk one cup
3-      Egg two
4-      Crystal sugar 02table spoon
    Preparations☻
1-      Heat milk when boils slow down the flame.
2-      Add sugar in milk.
3-      When sugar dissolves add two wiped egg also in milk.
4-      On that stage keep stirring.
5-      When mixture looks thicker then off the flame.
6-      In a pan add crystal sugar heat on slow flame. When
Sugar become brown.
7-      Pour sugar in a bowl.
8-      Refrigerate for settle down.
