Gulab Jamun

     Ingredients:                                    
1-      One kg Khoya
2-      Four table spoon with flour (Maida)
3-      Ghee half kg or two cups
4-      Sugar half kg
5-      Water one litter
6-      Cardamom powder one table spoon
Cooking Method:
1-      First fry Khoya and add white flour.
2-      When mixes together cools down in a bowl.
3-      Heat ghee on slow flame.
4-       Make small dough from Khoya.
5-      In other pan add water and sugar.
6-      When sugar dissolves and water simers.
7-      Add cardamom powder in water (Shera).
8-      When ghee heat up about 50percent.
9-      Add dough in ghee till they get brown colour.
10-    When they brown put them all in shera.
      11-    Leave them in shera until they served or served with shera.
